Adrian couldn’t have been more helpful or professional; he came at short notice when the handle broke in our back door and fixed a new one on in quick time. Justin was amazing, after ringing another company in Horsham (who turned out wasn’t in Horsham) and waiting over an hour! I rang Justin who came out on Boxing Day Evening in 10 minutes! Opened the door and even gave me a part for free to ensure I don’t get locked out again! Highly recommend!!!

My car broke down two days before Christmas due to a steering/ key issue. I was given the details of Horsham Locksmiths and rang late in the afternoon when the AA had finally got me home. I was amazed to be told immediately they knew what the fault was and that they could attend the following morning at 9.30! I am amazed at the speed of response and the fact that I won’t be all over Christmas without a car. Polite, courteous and friendly. Did a great job. Cannot recommend highly enough.

Took my puppy out for a walk early this morning and discovered when we got back home that the front door lock had broken. We were stuck outside at 6am in 4 degrees. I tried everything to get back in but no joy so started calling emergency locksmiths. I’d phoned 2 by the time I found Lawrence. He said he’d be with me within 45 minutes and he was true to his word. In the meantime, I spotted my neighbour was up and we gate crashed her house whilst we waited. Lawrence didn’t know that so he’d cranked the heating up in his van in case we needed warming up – so thoughtful. He’d got the door open by the time I’d dragged the dog out of my neighbours warm house and had the whole thing properly fixed within about half an hour. He even managed to keep the original barrel so I didn’t need to have a bunch of spare keys cut, too. This was a great customer experience for me. Really impressed with the service and Lawrence was brilliant – would definitely use the company again (although really hope I don’t need to!).
