Dealt with Lawrence and Justin, both very polite friendly professionals, willing to help where ever they could. Prompt service, arrived on time got the job done within 15minutes at my own home and at a very competitive rate, much cheaper than the dealerships. Dealt very promptly and efficiently over the phone with a faulty key fob and better still made no charge!!

I contacted Horsham Locksmith to replace a lost car key as another locksmith was unable to do so. From the point I initially called them to the completion of the job they have been professional. They were engaging in communication, ordered the new fob within a couple of days, turned up on time, and did the job rapidly. I would definitely use them again.

Every persons worst nightmare, moved to a new area and locks themselves out on a Sunday sternum, it was with utter dread that I reached out to Justin (assuming high costs and a long wait) – he got back me asap asking some door info, then was with us within ten minutes. Honest, professional and reliable. My front door lock had jammed, and although it wasn’t an emergency, they helpfully advised waiting until the following day to avoid an out‑of‑hours charge. The call‑out fee was confirmed upfront, and Justin arrived on time, clearly explained the locking mechanism and identified the fault. The repair was completed quickly and at a very reasonable price. He also checked everything was working correctly before leaving and explained the warranty. Excellent service, and I would not hesitate to recommend.

Great service, really approachable and helpful. Sorted me out with a new car key. My car is a Japanese import which had been a problem at other places but not a bother at all for these guys. Were brilliant and helpful with some follow up work that needed doing to. Recommend.
